Sustainable Support for the Armed Forces

Problem Statement
With the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukraine faced unprecedented challenges in the defense sector. Thousands of military units required technical, medical, material, and informational support.

Solution
The FRACTAL group of IT companies created the support model “FRACTAL – strengthening the country’s defense capability,” which combines:
● targeted donations
● digital tools ensuring transparency of fundraising
● material support for military units
● technological initiatives in defense

From February 24, 2022 to October 2025, FRACTAL companies collected and transferred ₴202,205,965 in charitable assistance, including ₴82,688,063 specifically for military needs.

10 Key Defense Support Projects by FRACTAL Companies

1. “Dopovidai” Online Platform – ₴22,078,934 Raised
   In March 2023, the civic project accelerator Moie Misto (part of FRACTAL) launched “Dopovidai,” an online platform for transparent and fast fundraising for military needs. The platform enabled volunteers and activists to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other units, providing full reporting on every project. It united volunteers, donors, and businesses to build a transparent, efficient support system for Ukraine’s security and defense forces.

In 2024 alone, six #CallToTheRear fundraising campaigns were conducted, each ranging from ₴500,000 to over ₴4,000,000. The most impactful case was support for the Avdiivka direction, where the 183rd Battalion of the 122nd Territorial Defense Brigade received FPV drones, Mavic drones, and modern EW systems. Together, team leaders raised ₴4,567,647, proving that effective help does not require a large audience-only initiative, trust, and collaboration.

2. ₴5,000,000 – Funding the Naval Drone “Enei”
   Together with Genesis, FRACTAL companies (Kiss My Apps, 42n, Tonti Laguna Group) co-funded the surface drone “Enei,” a part of the world’s first naval drone fleet. FRACTAL received formal recognition from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the United24 initiative for contributing to the development of modern defense technologies.
3. ₴3,000,000 – direct donations from Kiss My Apps to the “Khartia” Brigade (2024–2025)
   4. ₴2,000,000 – FRACTAL + Netpeak Ukraine donations to produce Ukrainian FPV drones by the “Khvylia’91” organization
   5. ₴2,000,000 – FRACTAL-funded 110 power stations for Air Assault Forces, Kraken, and other units, plus generators for Odesa air defense and frontline divisions
   6. ₴1,500,000 – donated by Tonti Laguna Group and Netpeak Agencies Group to support SBU Sea Baby naval drones
   7. ₴1,200,000 – donated by Tonti Laguna Group to Ukrainian defence tech startup Buntar Aerospace
   8. ₴1,200,000 – FRACTAL + Moie Misto contributions via “Together – More” to leading military-support funds (Zemlyachky, Hospitallers, Serhiy Prytula Foundation)
   9. ₴1,000,000 – donated by Kiss My Apps to the UAV operator school of “Come Back Alive”
   10. ₴1,000,000 – donated by Netpeak Agencies Group through Odesa Business Club for combat stations and M2 Browning machine guns

Technological Contribution of FRACTAL
FRACTAL companies strengthen defense not only financially, but also through their expertise in digital, marketing, IT, and management.

Netpeak Ukraine (part of FRACTAL):
● Provides pro bono digital marketing for official platforms of the Ministry of Defense (Reserv+, Army+, mod.gov.ua, etc.).
● Has been a United24 partner for almost three years, supplying creative campaigns, analytics, and global outreach to increase international donations.

Inweb (part of FRACTAL):
Offers free support to Ukrainian nonprofits in obtaining Google Ad Grants worth $120,000 per year. Organizations supported include:

● 13th Operational Brigade “Khartia” of the National Guard
● ATO Veterans Union
● Come Back Alive
● Superhumans Center
● Serhiy Prytula Foundation
● KOLO charitable foundation and many others.

Choice31 (part of FRACTAL):
Provides a grant program for veterans of Ukraine’s Defense Forces – available to all who served since 2014 in the Armed Forces, National Guard, Border Guard, or National Police.

Support for War-Affected People and Organizations
● Since 2024, Netpeak Agencies Group donates 100% of its profit from Telegram Ads reselling in Ukraine to Superhumans Center – already totaling ₴5,000,000 including the contribution of FRACTAL founder Artem Borodatiuk.
● FRACTAL companies (Kiss My Apps, Tonti Laguna Group, Inweb) donated ₴2,000,000 via United24 to rebuild Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital after the missile strike on July 8, 2024.
