Viseven Mosaics | Many Pieces – One Story
The Viseven team faced a meaningful challenge: how to preserve Ukrainian identity and share it with the world through our corporate culture and brand.
As an international company with Ukrainian roots, operating in more than ten countries, we wanted to show that Ukrainian business can be modern, creative, and profound at the same time.
In the context of war and global presence, it was important to find a way that would unite colleagues from different countries while highlighting our cultural uniqueness.
Typical corporate merchandise could not convey this meaning. We needed a symbol – one that would combine Ukrainian art, the philosophy of unity, and our expertise in digital solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
This is how the project “Viseven Mosaic | Many Pieces – One Story” was born – a limited-edition collection of branded items created for our internal UniShop,
a store where employees can exchange points earned through the Unicorns Recognition Program – Viseven’s internal reward and recognition system – for branded gifts.
The collection included a bucket hat, a T-shirt, socks, and an eco tote bag.The white base symbolized light, openness, and new beginnings,while the triangular mosaic pattern combined elements of Ukrainian folk art with modern digital geometry.
To bring this vision to life, we partnered with a talented designer from Odesa – Galyna Puzyrna.
With a background in microbiology, Halyna’s art reflects natural symmetry, life cycles, and structure – a rare fusion of science and creativity.
Her artistic approach perfectly mirrors Viseven’s mission: helping pharmaceutical brands communicate through technology with clarity and empathy.Another source of inspiration came from a powerful cultural moment –
the restoration of Alla Horska’s iconic mosaic “The Boryviter” in the summer of 2025.This work, a symbol of strength, freedom, and cultural revival, became a meaningful parallel to our idea. Like this mosaic, our pattern unites fragments into a whole, embodying resilience, harmony, and the continuity of Ukrainian identity.
At the core of the design lies a triangular mosaic, where each fragment holds its own meaning:
- Nature: plants, animals, and the sun – symbols of life, renewal, and strength;
- Medicine and science: spirals, molecules, and geometric shapes – a nod to the pharmaceutical industry;
- Ukrainian culture: ornaments, clay pitchers, and birds – representing heritage, peace, and creativity.
This design embodies balance, growth, and connection – every triangle is unique, yet together they form a harmonious whole, just like our team.
In this way, we not only created branded items but also supported Ukrainian artistic talent, giving the designer an opportunity to share her vision with an international audience.
To make the project truly alive and collaborative, we launched several internal initiatives.
At the start of the campaign, we introduced the photo flashmob “Mosaics Hunt.”
Colleagues from different countries were invited to share photos of mosaic patterns – from buildings, murals, museums, and city streets – found in their galleries or captured anew.
The result was a vibrant visual gallery of mosaics from more than ten countries, reflecting the project’s main idea: we are all unique fragments of one shared story.
To expand the concept, we launched the “Triangle Challenges” – a five-week wellbeing campaign inspired by the symbolism of the triangle as a shape of harmony.
Each week offered a new theme to strengthen physical and mental wellbeing: 7,000 steps a day – movement and consistency; Sugar-free week – mindfulness and self-control; Healthy breakfasts – energy and recovery;Healthy dessert masterclasses in our offices – creativity and community.
Every participant who completed all five challenges entered a final draw.The winner received the full Viseven Mosaic collection – a symbol of balance across body, mind, and community.
After the launch of the collection and the Triangle Challenges series, we continued the idea of unity with our traditional corporate run dedicated to the company’s birthday – 16 kilometers to mark Viseven’s 16th anniversary.
The medal for participants was designed in the same signature mosaic pattern, symbolizing movement forward, endurance, and the shared path we take together as a team.
The “Viseven Mosaic | Many Pieces – One Story” collection became a true symbol of summer at Viseven and a new chapter in our brand culture.
The launch post gathered over 12,000 views on the company’s Instagram page.
More than 60 employees from different countries joined the Triangle Challenges, collectively walking over 120,000 steps and running 350 kilometers, supporting each other both online and offline.
The collection and the campaign became an example of how a Ukrainian business can promote national identity through modern design and corporate culture.
We demonstrated that Ukrainian motifs can be not only decorative but also deeply meaningful – connecting art, science, and people into one shared story.
The project helped to:
- Support a Ukrainian artist and local production;
- Promote Ukrainian symbolism in an international context through design and creativity;
- Create a new visual symbol of the Viseven brand, which became the foundation for future campaigns in 2025.
Today, “Viseven Mosaic | Many Pieces – One Story” is more than just merchandise – it is a reflection of who we are:diverse yet united, resilient and proud to be Ukrainian
